Credential challenge for OME access in IE

Hi,

Is there a way to configure OME to challenge for credentials when OME is accessed in IE, instead of just attempting to used the privileges used to execute IE?

In Firefox we get the following challenge:..

I would like the same for IE without staff having to execute IE with privileged accounts.
