We have two Dell 6248 switches configured in a single stack, running firmware 3.2.1.3. We recently installed Microsoft SCOM 2012 SP1 and are using it to monitor our network devices. Our Cisco switches display network vicinity correctly(specifically, its shows the computers), but our Dell switches do not. The 6248s are reported as being "certified" within the SCOM dashboard.
Network discovery is configured for recursive lookups, and the same discovery job works fine on the Cisco switches.
I have looked at our current SCOM configuration and setup and it appears to be OK. has anyone had similar issues with the Dell PC series of switches and SCOM Network Vicinity views?
