My Alienware is 1 week old, I have used it for only several times. First touch was just registration and aknowladgement, on a second touch I was trying to play a very simple game, however in the middle of the play the screen freezed and followed by a sudden reboot and afer that here the story begins. The was a message that the adaptor that was attached was 180w and it required 240w and theafore was not charging; The adator I had was original that was in the box together with it, and also tried to use some extra adaptors but no result. Have tried a lots of options given by people i forums with hope that something gonna recover but with no result. Please help with solution,
