SNMP does not give all the required information for a server/RAC to be classified as compliant or non-compliant. The software inventory table needs to be populated for that. If you are using iDRAC6 or iDRAC7, try performing the discovery and inventory of the iDRACs using WSMAN, it should populate all the inventory details and you will be able to see the devices as compliant/non-compliant. If you navigate to issues and resolutions tab in the System Update page, you will see those iDRACs must be listed, when you have discovered them using SNMP.
Once you have the software inventory table populated, you will be able to use RM also.
All the RACs, DRACs and iDRACs are classified under the group RAC in the device tree. For the classification to happen under servers, you need to discover the server IP as well.
