If you discover both server and the iDrac in OME, those get correlated and are shown as a single device in OME. The server will show the IP address for the iDrac as part of inventory. It will also show the health status in the "Software Agent Information" and will allow you to launch iDrac console as part of application launch.

You can right click on the device and try refresh status option to kick off new status poll to see if the health is updated.
