Please do the following.
1. Bring up the Dell Troubleshooting tool (installed on the OME desktop).
2. Run the SNMP test against one of your servers (assuming SNMP).
3. Let me know what version of Server Administrator is displayed in the test result set.
If the TS tool does not return the OMSA version, we need to investigate further. Also double check the case (upper/lower) on the SNMP community string.
