Hi there,
This could happen when WMI is not responding to DCIM_Computersystem query.
In this case, OME will not even list the OMCI under the Agent table as well.
Possible cause: OMCI services are not running or corrupted.
Steps to validate:
Check for “DSM SA DATA Manager”, “DSM SA EVENT Manager” in the client devices whether they run properly.
Also, you may run the WMI test from the Dell Troubleshooting tool (installed on the OME desktop) and let me know what the results show.
