Hi Jason.
Can you also pull the logs from the server and see if you see any errors in there? You do this by going to the server in the device tree and clicking on the Log tab.
Do you see any of the critical errors in these SEL logs?
When you click on the details of the SNMP alert, do the IP addresses look correct?
Is your DNS setup so that you correctly resolve a name from a ping (from OME to server, and server to OME)?
