In the email alert action configuration, are all the alerts categories and devices/device groups selected ?
-Yes, everything is selected in alert category and device groups.
When you receive an alert for pulling a PS or opening the chassis, does the alert have all the details ? Is it a formatted alert, meaning has severity, description etc ?
-Let me clarify: When I pull a PS, I see an alert inside the portal, but do not get emailed. It shows a warning for health status change, but nothing past that. It doesnt explicitly say that the PS redundancy has been lost.
Understood about the timeout and will give it a try. My bigger concern is the email alerts.
