Hey there cameron,
I don't have that screen in front of me. But I think it means, leave that checkbox 'checked' so that OME will be selected for the install. I will get the team to review the wording on that screen for clarity.
You can come back later as you say (de-select the OME checkbox) and install RM or the others.
