Yes. NX3100 is officially supported by both OMSA and OME. The EqualLogic or EMC arrays connected externally to the PowerVault device may show up separately under "Storage Devices".  Since it is a 2U Rack server, you may be able to update firmware as well using either iDRAC or OMSA.

Again, NX3100 will probably be classifed under Servers and and Storage devices.
