Yes, my OME server is connected to the internet. Did I miss something in the setup that requires me to have a Proxy server in my environment ?

I do not have one. and entering the line in the "Troubleshooting tool>Miscellaneous>Warranty Status> proxy server: as HTTP://PROXY:80 of course gives me an error. Where is the address supposed to resolve to ? Unless there is an actual internet site called "http://proxy:80 which i doubt there is, I would predict a failure in name resolution.

RESULT from Troubleshooter: "Warranty Status Error - The name resolver service could not resolve the host name."
